KRM Account Managers have many years of meeting planning experience. They’ll share that knowledge and experience with you to help you meet your organization’s goals. |
| Experienced and professionally trained Producer | Your KRM Producer is an experienced public speaker and technical expert who assists you with event setup, provides speaker orientation/training sessions and hosts your events. You will be assigned a KRM Producer for each of your events. |

Orientation calls |
Orientation calls (up to 90-minutes) are scheduled about 7-10 days before your event. We work closely with your speakers to train them on the use of virtual meeting echnology, to share suggestions for how to make their presentation more effective and to ensure their comfort with the technology and the process. |

| Toll-free phone connections | Your registrants who call into the event within the U.S. incur no long-distance telephone charges. |
| Interactive Q&A | Similar to a "talk-radio" feature, interactivity enhances every event. Your registrants will appreciate being able to have speakers answer their specific questions during the event. |
| Interactive polling | Your attendees will be able to “place their votes” on various topics during the event. You and your speakers can learn a great deal about the audience by designing questions for them. The audience can vote on yes/no, true/false or respond to multiple choice options. |
| KRM Help Desk assistance | In addition to our Customer Service Department helping your registrants, the KRM IT Department monitors your event and is standing by to answer any questions. If one of your registrants experiences a problem regarding a virtual event, we are equipped to resolve that problem quickly. |
| Event recordings | A Master Recording is provided for each event at no additional cost. This Windows Media CD will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days of the event to use in any way you’d like. |
| Post event reporting | You will receive an attendance report showing who connected and for how long for each event. If you handled your own registrations you will receive an invoice for KRM charges. If KRM handled your registrations, you’ll receive a financial (P&L) statement and check for the difference between your revenue and KRM fees. |
| KRM extranet | You’ll have secure online access to your event details and registration information via KRM’s extranet. Your unique username and password allows you to log in and see real- time class rosters, a complete history of past events, summary registration trends reports and revenue detail reports. You can also download detailed registration and order information. |

Basic Registration KRM creates an online registration form from a standard template on our secure server. You can use this template to advertise events on your web site and link from that site directly to a registration form. Premium Registration KRM creates an online registration form for your virtual meeting from a standard template on our secure server. You can use this template to advertise events on your web site and link from that site directly to a registration form. KRM’s Customer Service department is staffed with associates experienced in online event management who understand your event setup and preferences. They are familiar with all aspects of audio conferences and webinars. Registrants will receive accurate responses to their questions. This option offers multiple payment options (P.O., check or credit card) and registrations may be submitted via:
